What to get in touch about
Corrections. If something on ReviewByte is factually wrong — a price, a feature, a limit, a formula — tell us and it gets fixed. Corrections take priority over everything else in the inbox. Where a correction materially changes a verdict or a recommendation, the change is noted on the page rather than made silently.
Tool bugs and feature requests. Every tool on this site is built in-house, so bug reports come straight to the person who wrote the code. If a calculator returns a figure you can show is wrong, or a checker fails on a specific input, that is genuinely useful — include the exact input you used and we can usually reproduce it the same day.
Review requests. Vendors are welcome to suggest a product for review. What that buys is consideration, not coverage, and certainly not a favourable verdict. See the standards section below before writing.
Partnerships and syndication. Guest contributions, tool syndication, and content partnerships are all worth a conversation. Link-insertion requests and paid guest posts are not — those are declined automatically.
Our standards, so nobody wastes an email
ReviewByte does not sell placement, ranking, or verdicts. No amount of money moves a product up a list, and no commercial relationship has ever changed a conclusion on this site. Some of our recommendations earn nothing at all, which is exactly how it should be. Where a link is an affiliate link, it is disclosed — see the Affiliate Disclosure for the full position.
Requests that will be declined without exception: paying for a positive review, paying to have a competitor removed or downgraded, buying a link inside existing content, or supplying pre-written copy to be published as independent editorial. Asking wastes your time and ours.
What happens to what you send
Messages sent through the form or by email go to a single inbox read by one person. Nothing is fed into a marketing list, sold, or shared with third parties. You will not be added to a newsletter because you reported a typo. Details are retained only as long as needed to deal with the matter, and the full position is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Typical response time is 24 to 48 hours on working days, Indian Standard Time. If something is time-sensitive — a security disclosure affecting one of the tools, for instance — say so in the subject line and it gets looked at first.
